The NOC Enid Jets split a conference doubleheader with NOC Tonkawa Thursday afternoon at Failing Field winning the first game 5-1 and dropping the night cap 7-5 in nine innings.

The Jets (14-28) are now 6-18 in Region 2 while NOC Tonkawa (22-14) is 14-8 in league play.

In Game 1, the Jets scored in the first three innings and built a 5-1 lead then cruising to the 5-1 win.

Madison Gabeau allowed no earned runs on five hits earning the complete game win.

Kaycee Babek had two runs batted in for the Jets.

In Game 2, the Jets rallied from 5-1 down with four runs in the seventh to tie the game at 5-5 only to lose 7-5 in extra frames.

An Alexis Enslinger bases loaded triple and a Camaryn Alexander single spear headed the four run rally.

Enslinger had three hits and three runs batted in while Slater Eck had two hits and two runs scored.

Reagan Detrick went the distance in the circle allowing two earned runs on nine hits.

The Jets host NEO Saturday at 1 p.m. at Failing Field.
