MIAMI, Oklahoma --  The NOC Enid Jets dropped two close games at NEO 3-1 and 5-3 on Sunday.

The Jets (10-16) are 2-6 in league play.

In Game 1, The Jets led early 1-0 but lost 3-1 to the Lady Norse.

Camaryn Alexander had three hits for the Jets, Brook Fleming had single scoring Slater Eck with the Jets' lone run in the first.

Reagan Detrick started in the circle allowing one earned run, she had bullpen help from Ashleigh McCause.  

The Jets and NEO both had 10 hits in Game 1.

In Game 2, the Jets built and early 3-0 but could not hold on losing 5-3.

Alexander continued her hot hitting with three hits and two runs batted in while Eck and Alexis Enslinger had two hits each.

Alexander's two run single in the third scored Fleming and Enslinger, then an Ally Bartley single scored Kaycee Babek and the Jets led 3-0.

NEO scored four runs in the fifth to take a 5-3 lead and held the Jets scoreless to earn the 5-3 win.

Madison Gabeau went the distance allowing four earned runs on 10 hits.

Both teams had 10 hits in Game 2.

NEO (17-7) is 9-1 in league action.

NOC Enid is at Friends University JV for a doubleheader Monday.
