NOC Enid rebounded from Friday's one-point loss to Allen (KS) with a convincing 102-54 rout of South Central Prep.

KeJuan Payed led the Jets with 23 while Garrett Barnard added 12 and Noah Kuaye 10.

"We had to respond after the loss and thought we did that from the opening tip," said coach Chris Gerber.  "We were aggressive and thought defensively we had a really good gameplan and we executed it. Ready for a tough week next week with ganes against Independence, Colby, and Barton."

Payne led the club with nine rebounds while Jaden Constant added eight.  Constant had three assists while Grant Barnard added three assists and three steals.

Saturday's game was never in doubt as the Jets shot 49% from the floor and 40% from 3-point range.  NOC was stellar at the line hitting 96% (22-23).

The Jets (4-1) host Independence (KS) Monday at 7 p.m. in the Mabee Center.
