KINGFISHER, Okla. -- NOC split with Connors on Thursday in a conference double header in Kingfisher.
The Jets (17-17) are 3-3 in conference while Connors (13-9) is also 3-3 in league.
In Game 1, Sonia Mena singled home Addison Cassady with the game winner as NOC Enid outlasted Connors 10-9 in nine innings. Cassady led off the inning with a single and advanced on singles by Hayden Haulcomb and Brylee Brungardt-Davis.
Brunghardt-Davis had three hits including a home run, double, and three runs batted in. Mena had two hits and two runs batted in while Albany Pritchard and Ally Neal had two hits each.
KK Harjo earned the win with 6.1 innings of scoreless relief in back of Triniti Black. Harjo struck out 11.
In Game 2, the Jets tallied nine hits but lost 13-0.
Cassidi Cook and Aubrey Miller had two hits each for NOC.
Lillyan Ball and Ryan Gamble worked in the circle for the Jets.
