WEATHERFORD, Texas --  NOC Enid dropped a pair to Weatherford (TX) in the season opener Friday in Texas.

The Jets lost 11-2 and 8-0.

In Game 1, the Jets were tied 2-2 until the 5th when Weatherford took a 3-2 lead and then put the game away in the 6th.

Cassidi Cook and Brylee Brungardt-Davis had two hits each, Davis and Ryan Gamble had rbi's for the Jets.

KK Harjo, Triniti Black, and Chloe Dallman-Janski worked in the circle for the Jets.

In Game 2, the Hayden Haulcomb had two hits for the Jets while Cook added a single in an 8-0 loss.

Lillyan Ball and Adrianna Wiedeman worked in the circle for NOC Enid.

What's Next:  The Jets face Cisco (TX) in a doubleheader Saturday at 1 p.m./3 p.m.
